Privacy notice.

A plain-English summary of what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated · May 2026

§ 01What this notice covers

This notice describes how DynoSense (the website at dynosense.com) handles information from website visitors. It does not describe how clinical data is handled by the DynoSense product platform — that is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed with each healthcare provider deploying the service.

§ 02Information we collect on this site

We try to keep this short. From a website visitor we collect only:

We do not:

About the inquiry form. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party service that relays the form contents to our team via email. By submitting the form you consent to this relay. Formspree's privacy policy applies to that processing.

§ 03How we use the information

We will not add you to a marketing email list without separate, explicit consent.

§ 04Fonts and CDN-loaded code

The website loads web fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries from unpkg.com at page load. These third-party requests transmit your IP address and browser headers to the respective hosts, which is how any CDN-served asset works. We do not pass any additional information to these hosts. Both are widely-trusted infrastructure providers and do not, to our knowledge, perform behavioral profiling of font/script loads.

§ 05HIPAA, BAA, and clinical data

The DynoSense clinical platform — separate from this marketing website — operates under HIPAA-aligned infrastructure with documented access logs, role-based controls, and retention policies aligned to medical record-keeping requirements. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for healthcare providers and covered entities.

If you are a healthcare provider evaluating DynoSense for clinical use, contact us through the inquiry form to begin a BAA conversation.

§ 06Your rights

You may, at any time:

Send any of these requests to privacy@dynosense.com with enough detail (e.g. the email address you used) to identify the record.

Visitors in jurisdictions with stronger statutory rights — for example the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or other US states with privacy statutes — may exercise the rights granted under those laws by the same channel. We will respond within statutory timeframes.

§ 07Security

We use HTTPS site-wide. Inquiry submissions are transmitted over TLS. The platform's clinical data path uses end-to-end encryption and is described separately under the BAA. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact security@dynosense.com.

§ 08Changes to this notice

If we change this notice meaningfully we will update the date at the top and, where reasonable, note the change in the changelog of our public release notes.
